Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ)Anambra State Chapter has felicitated with the Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo on the 64th anniversary of his birthday.
The body, in a statement by its Chairperson, Tochukwu Ifejika commended him for implementing the 35% affirmative action for women inclusiveness in his cabinet.
It expressed optimism of more of such concerns to the feminine folks.
The statement reads, “We join the good people of Ndi Anambra, friends and well wishers to celebrate you on this occasion.
“We appreciate your efforts to implement the 35% affirmative action for women inclusiveness in your cabinet and we know it can only get better.
“As you enter a new year of your life, we wish you more oil in your wheels, as reward for good work, is more work.
“May you wax stronger in piloting the affairs of Ndi Anambra with greater dexterity towards the upliftment of humanity as a whole.
“Hearty 64 cheers to you our erudite Governor!”
