APC Chieftain and Renowned Philanthropist High Chief Engr. Johnbossco Onunkwo ( Akaekpuchionwa Umuchu) has made a donation worth over fifty million Naira for the building project of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Umuchu, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Engr. Onunkwo, who was recently inaugurated as the Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) Anambra Reconciliation Committee, made the donation ahead of June 22nd Dedication during the Easter Mass at Umuchu, his county home.

In his Easter message of hope, sacrifice, and reconciliation, Engr. Johnbossco Onunkwo, an Illustrious son of Umuchu, while reflecting on the glorious resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the salvation he has brought, noted that his interest is to see that the June date slated for the dedication of the church building becomes a reality.
He called on the Church Congregation to make Easter special by showing love and compassion to others.

The respected party man and one of the APC’s longest-serving members in Anambra was recently appointed to lead an 18-member Committee tasked with resolving internal disputes and strengthening party cohesion.
He used the opportunity to thank his people and the church of God for always standing by him, promising to continue to use his wealth for the good of mankind.
Responding, the Parish priest of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Umuchu, Rev’d Fr. Paulinus Ezenwaolu appreciated Engr. Johnbossco Onunkwo for his donation to the work of the kingdom and urged other well-to-do individuals to emulate his kind gesture.
Some Church members also praised Engr. Onunkwo for his philanthropy not only to the church but also to the less privileged in the society.

The members who noted that Engr Okonkwo has been a philanthropist of note, prayed God to continue to bless him.
