The gang, disguised as passengers, dispossessed the driver of N20,000 and the shuttle bus.

However, swift action by the police operatives, following a distress call, led to the recovery of the vehicle. The hoodlums abandoned the bus at Slaughter Junction in Nkwelle and fled into a nearby bush.

Ikenga further stated that the Anambra State Police Command has intensified security patrols in the area to enhance safety and prevent any untoward situation. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the fleeing suspects.
