We are particularly interested in candidates who have practical, hands-on experience in the propagation of fruit trees through air layering, grafting, and seed propagation.

× Establish and manage a propagation nursery for large-scale production.

× Supervise field operations related to planting, grafting, and air layering.

× Ensure high propagation success rates through scientific and field-based methods.

× Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in fruit tree propagation (especially air layering and grafting).

× Demonstrated ability to manage a nursery and field propagation setup.

× Strong understanding of plant physiology, pest management, and nursery hygiene.

× Passion for innovation and sustainable agriculture.

× B.Sc., OND or HND holders in Agronomy, Horticulture, Crop Science, or any related field may apply. But emphasis is on demonstrable skills, not degrees.

× Candidates from all parts of Nigeria are encouraged to apply. Adequate relocation and compensation plans will be provided.
