Committed to continuous leadership development, Dr Uzochukwu has pursued advanced executive education at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he completed multiple programmes in 2025, including Emerging Leaders, Leadership Decision Making, Leading Successful Programs using Evidence, and Strategic Leadership for Personal Effectiveness.
He also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UNIZIK Business School in December 2025, further strengthening the strategic and managerial depth that defines his leadership style.
Dr Uzochukwu founded Stanel Group in 2012, leading its transformation into a dynamic Nigerian conglomerate with investments spanning energy, hospitality and retail.
Under his stewardship, the Group has expanded nationally, forged partnerships with multilateral institutions, strengthened local value chains and created thousands of direct and indirect jobs, even amid a challenging economic climate.
In November 2023, he further redefined Nigeria’s hospitality landscape with the launch of The Delborough Lagos, where he serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
