Supreme Court Sets Aside Appeal Court Ruling on Nestoil Assets
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Whatsapp

The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of Nestoil Limited and Neconde Energy Limited, setting aside a Court of Appeal order that froze the assets of the two oil and gas companies.

In its judgment, the apex court resolved Issues One and Two in favour of the appellants, while also dismissing the preliminary objection filed by the first and second respondents.

The ruling overturns the earlier decision of the Court of Appeal and marks a significant legal victory for Nestoil and Neconde in the long-running dispute.
