Spiritual Head of Soul Revival Outreach, Nnewi, in Nnewi North LGA of Anambra State, Prophet Ikechukwu Uzukwu, on Wednesday alleged that President Bola Tinubu has perfected plans to rig the 2027 presidential election.
Speaking with journalists, Prophet Uzukwu claimed that the president has manipulated all apparatus of governance for that purpose.
He expressed concern that Tinubu would enlist some former South Eastern governors and other willing Igbo figures to carry out the plot.
“Tinubu believes that after he has rigged the election, the only option left for dissatisfied candidates is to go to an election petition tribunal set up by him for himself.
“It is common knowledge that the incumbent president already has the judiciary under his control.
“President Tinubu does not need anybody’s vote to win. He has so much confidence in his rigging plans.
“The housing estates built by the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, for judges, in addition to luxury cars, are part of the rigging strategy.
“When Mr Peter Obi won the 2023 presidential election, he was timid for not fighting to recover his stolen mandate. He actually won in Lagos State and the FCT.
“But if he loses the 2027 presidential election, then Nigerians are the cowards,” he added.
While lamented that Nigeria is declining in almost every aspect of governance, the fiery Prophet blamed the masses over failure to take their destinies into their own hands.
According to him, the only hope for Nigeria to survive is for Nigerians to rise above tribe and religion, unite, and say no to rigging.
He noted that President Tinubu has been at odds with former President Olusegun Obasanjo because he believes the former military ruler is behind the Obi-Kwankwaso ticket aimed at dislodging him.
The Anambra prophet declared that all the legal tactics being deployed against the ADC by allies of President Tinubu would not stop former Vice President Atiku Abubakar from being on the ballot in 2027.
He appealed to U.S. President Donald Trump and other world leaders to take special interest in the 2027 presidential polls.
Prophet Uzukwu also disputed the Minister of Works, Dave Umahi’s claim to be the “Lion of the South East,” saying the minister is only using the title to curry favour with the President and Abuja politicians.
“In reality, the FCT Minister is more influential in the South East than his Works counterpart. It is common knowledge within and outside Igboland that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the true “Lion of the South East.”
“They wanted to use Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case to win the hearts of Ndigbo, but he is not cooperating. It is like what happened in Oyo State, where they allegedly abducted and later freed school children ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
“I am sure the same people who abducted the school children are the ones who released them,” he declared.
The prophet warned what he called “political opportunists” that the APC would become turbulent from August, and that a mass exodus would hit the ruling party before the end of October.
