Wife of Anambra state governor, Dr Nonye Soludo has urged people of the state to take their nutrition, regular physical activity, quality sleep, lifelong learning, and mental wellness seriously.
Soludo who gave the advice in her message to mark World Brain Day described healthy brain as foundation of sound and healthy life.
She underscored the importance of nurturing the minds, supporting one another as critical to building a healthier, more productive society.
She said, “As we commemorate World Brain Day today, it’s crucial to remember that a healthy brain is the foundation of a sound and healthy life.
“By embracing good nutrition, regular physical activity, quality sleep, lifelong learning, and mental wellness, we can protect one of God’s greatest gifts.
“Let’s nurture our minds, support one another, and build a healthier, more productive society.”
