Anambra-born billionaire businessman, Chief Cletus Ibeto, has once again dismissed rumours of his de@th after false reports circulated online following his involvement in a road accident.
According to reports, Chief Ibeto, was recently involved in an accident and was flown to the United States for medical treatment.
Following the incident, rumours began spreading on social media claiming that the business mogul died during the accident.
The claims were amplified by Jarule, a known associate of the late Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, who repeatedly shared the false report.
However, after returning to Nigeria from the United States, Chief Ibeto was seen in a video being welcomed by his staff and well-wishers, who chanted, “It’s not AI. He is alive!” in celebration of his return.
Reacting to the rumours, the businessman dismissed the claims and took a swipe at Jarule, saying, “Jarule is a mad man. Who in the right sense will listen to a mad man like Jarule?”
His return has effectively put an end to the death rumours, as supporters celebrated seeing him alive and in good spirits.
