GOVERNOR SOLUDO INAUGURATES HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.

The Executive Governor of Anambra State Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo CFR today 16th September, 2022 at the State Exco chambers government house Awka inaugurated the Human Capital Development Committee.

The committee has the Deputy Governor Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim as the chairman.
Other members of the committee includes; 1.Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning. Focal person. 2.Commissioners Education
Member.
3.Commission for women affairs and social development.
Member.
4.Commissioner for Youths development.
Member.
5.Commissioner for Health.
Member.

  1. Special adviser on Youth Empowerment.
    Member.
  2. MD/CEO ICT.
    Member.
    8.DG SEE
    Member

Governor Soludo also disclosed that the terms of reference for the committee are to determine the six baselines of Human Capital Development for the state.

The baseline according to the Governor includes the following;
1.Determine Anambra’s basic needs based on consultations with the critical stakeholders in the state.
2.Define state priority on Human Capital Development.
3.Define targets across Human Capital Development
4.Determine and select various interventions that will help to achievee Human Capital Development in the state.
5.Identify the critical stakeholders in the state that will help to achieve Human Capital Development agenda in the state.
6.Develop implementation plans and set up a monitoring frame.

Also inaugurated at the state Exco chambers by the Governor is the committee on State Actions on Business Enabling Reforms programs (SEBER) with the MD/CEO of ANSIPPA Mr. Mark Okoye as Chairman.

10.Representative of Anambra Chambers of Commerce.

While inaugurating the committee, the Governor charged them to make Anambra state the best business environment in the country. The aim is to make Anambra state environmental friendly and pleasurable for private sector and foreign investors. The first state to come in mind when it comes to ease of doing business, liveable and prosperous homeland Governor Soludo said.

Governor Soludo seized the opportunity to congratulate lady Ada Chukwudozie for emerging the chairman of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) south East zone.
Lady Ada Chukwudozie led her team to the inauguration.
