Muhamadu Buhari to deliberate on how to release IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from detention
Other persons in the delegation includes: His Excellency Chukwuemeka Ezeife (Okwadike), former Governor of Anambra State, Bishop Sunday Onuoha of the Methodist Church, Chief Barrister Goddy Uwazurike, former President of Igbo socio-cultural group, Aka Ikenga, and Mr Tagbo Mbazulike Amaechi.
In a statement, HRH Ezeneche (Eze Nwata gwuoshimiri) king of six nation also appealed to President Muhamadu Buhari to temper Justice with mercy by listening to the elders and letting MNK go. ” Such political solutions will calm nerves and relaunch the South East region into socio economic reintegration. It will also help end the agitation in the region.
Similarly, HRH Ezeneche also congratulated the incoming governor of Anambra state, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo on his victory in the just concluded Anambra election which turn out peaceful.
He added that Ndi Anambra in the Diaspora contributes to economic growth of the state, hence the governor elect should hit the ground running by visiting Anambraians in Thailand Asia.
On how Prof Soludo can move the state forward, the royal father urges him to carry everyone along by forming all inclusive government.
While commending Governor Willie Obiano for a successful tenure which recorded landmark achievement including commissioning of Anambra cargo airport, HRH Ezeneche, a peace ambassador and member of Ndieze Ndigbo in the Diaspora Urges Prof Soludo to map out other policies that would move Anambra to economic prosperity. “We Anambra people in the Diaspora will be glad if the incoming governor build a modern stadium for us in Awka. Such sport facility will engage our youths and take them way from crime.”
HRH Ezeneche also call on DSS and EFCC to focus their attention more on corrupt politicians and not innocent Nigerians in the Diaspora who toils hard to earn a living. “Instead of wasting their time by basing their judgement on social media and harassing innocent Nigerians abroad, our law enforcement agents should focus on corrupt politicians who loots our treasury by taking our collective resources abroad” he said.
