A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has ordered Ibeto Energy Development Limited to refund to Dozzy Oil and Gas Limited all the monies paid to him with interests, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports.
This brought to a conclusion the Civil Suit filed by Ibeto against Dozzy which was presided over by Justice A. Enebeli.
Having taken all witnesses and motions into consideration, the Court ruling was clear and emphatic as follows:
Ibeto must refund Dozzy all the monies paid to him with interests.
All lands acquired by Dozzy were done legitimately and in accordance with the law and due process, hence Ibeto has absolutely no claim to them in any way whatsoever
The issue of the outstanding 3 Million Dollars is a touchy subject thus Dozzy would have to invite the EFCC to wade into the matter, which will most likely be escalated into a Criminal Case since Ibeto has been attempting to deny borrowing it from Dozzy even though irrefutable evidences to prove it exist
The judgement was received with joy and gladness to everyone in the Court especially those who had followed the case from the onset till now
This judgement is the classical case , as despite owing Dozzy since 2016, it was Ibeto that ran to Court as if he is the victim and now, despite instituting the case himself, he lost woefully
With this judgement, Ibeto must pay what he owes to the fullest!
