Engaging with student leaders from tertiary institutions in Anambra State signified Governor Soludo’s recognition of the importance of incorporating diverse perspectives in governance. Meeting with the leaders, Governor Soludo, ably represented by his Chief of Staff, Mr. Ernest Ezeajughi, demonstrated a commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and participatory decision-making processes. This approach fostered a sense of ownership among the student community and built trust between the government and the younger generation.
Furthermore, the meeting served as a platform for dialogue on critical issues affecting the educational sector, such as infrastructure development and student welfare. Through the discussions, Mr. Ernest gained insights into the challenges faced by students and identified areas for policy intervention to improve the overall quality of education in the state.
The meeting was attended by the MD of ACTDA, the SA to the Governor on Student Affairs, all the SUG Presidents, the NANS National DOS, the Chairman of Anambra NANS JCC, and the Leader of NANS Anambra Stakeholders Forum.
