“$560 (US dollars), is spent on a beneficiary and you now calculate the number of these youths that are going to be beneficiaries and that is why I warn them to focus on their training and be regular, attend training because once you are removed there is no mercy. We spent about $40,000 (U$ dollars), on the procurement of the equipments that include, solar lights, computers, among others.

“The beneficiaries are expected to give back to the society. It is a lot of money that is involve and it is the sweat of our people in America. We have to give back to the people,” she insisted.

Speaking, traditional ruler of Ojoto, HRH, Igwe Gerald Mbamalu, expressed satisfaction with the project and commended the members of Ojoto Union North America for their efforts in the development of Ojoto community saying that the project is happening at God’s time and that charity begins at home.

“We are very proud of Ojoto women in America, they have constructed two major roads in Ojoto earlier. We are now migrating from land grabbing, selling land to training youths outside the world to be meaningful, that is what we are doing.

“Some of the vices in certain communities have been eradicated here in Ojoto. In 15 to 20 years’ time I will ask those trained how far have you gone,” he affirmed.
