In a powerful display of solidarity, the South East Regional Officers of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), led by Rev. Austin Ehimere, the party’s National Vice Chairman (South East), have officially endorsed Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo for a second term in office.
This endorsement reaffirms the South East regional officers support for good governance and the continuation of the Governor’s visible transformative leadership in Anambra.
During their meeting held at the APGA regional headquarters in Awka, Anambra State, yesterday, they conducted a thorough review of the past three and a half years of Gov. Soludo’s administration.
After the assessment, they scored the Governor’s performance 100 over 100 and declared their unwavering support for his meritorious re-election.
Rev. Ehimere, while addressing the media, emphasized that the endorsement stems from the remarkable achievements of Gov. Soludo’s visionary leadership.
He urged all progressives in Anambra and beyond to rally behind the Governor for the betterment of Anambra, the South East, and Nigeria as a whole.
Hon. Chinedu Romanus Eze (Yagazie), the South East Regional Youth Leader of the party, also assured the support of the youth and urged that all hands must be on deck to secure a landslide victory for Gov. Soludo on November 8.
Notably, the endorsement meeting welcomed a distinguished visitor, Rt. Hon. Hillary Maduka Uduh, who previously served as Speaker of the Anambra East legislative council
Hon. Hillary, who traveled all the way from America to support Gov. Soludo’s re-election bid, visited the regional office to declare his commitment to the Governor’s re-election project and to present a brand-new vehicle he intends to donate for APGA campaign activities in his political ward, Nsugbe Ward 1.
The motion for endorsement was moved by the party’s National Deputy Publicity Secretary, Sir Ojukwu Obakasi. While moving the motion, he eulogized Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo for his outstanding performance and urged the electorate to vote massively for APGA on November 8.
