Officials from the Police High Command, the Police Service Commission, the Federal Character Commission, the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs, and other relevant stakeholders on Monday visited the Anambra State Police Command Headquarters in Awka.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Command’s spokesman, SP Ikenga Tochukwu, said the team was in the state to oversee the physical and credential screening exercise for candidates who applied for recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force.

He explained that the screening exercise will take place daily from March 9 to April 18, 2026, at the Anambra State Police Command Headquarters.

According to him, candidates shortlisted for the recruitment process are expected to appear for the screening on their scheduled dates with all required documents, including the original copies of their credentials and other necessary materials.
