The Chairman of the Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu (aka Obi Cubana) on Wednesday launched an eco-friendly, smart-lifestyle city and golf resort in Abuja, ANAMBRA PEOPLE reports.
According to Iyiegbu – the Chief Executive Officer of Casa Cubana Homes, the real estate development was a move to diversify from entertainment and meet the housing and relaxation needs of rich and poor Nigerians.
He said that the Golf Resorts was being developed by Casa Cubana in partnership with CEO of Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited, Mr. Achema Stephen Akpa.
In an interview with reporters shortly before the groundbreaking ceremony for the New Dawn & Casa Cubana Golf Resorts located along the outer ring road, Abuja, Obi Cubana said: “We have got to the zenith of entertainment. We have seen it all. It is time to diversify.
“We have decided to build an eco-friendly smart city and golf resorts where people can live in a secured and peaceful environment and also have ample opportunities for relaxation.”
