The Anambra State Executive Council has fixed Saturday, 28th of June, 2025, as the day to open the Solution Fun City to the public.

The council has equally approved to bring on board a foremost Anambra State-born Nigerian music icon, Chinedu Okoli, better known by his stage name, Flavour N’abania or simply Flavour, to lead a band of other notable musicians such as Umu-Obiligbo and others to the grand event.

The Council also decided to build a rehabilitation centre at Nibo, Awka Capital Territory, to address the state’s mental health issues. This will allow those who leave the state’s asylums to access rehabilitation facilities that provide all the services they need to fully heal before returning to their families and communities.

Government further reflected on the proposed Anambra Rebirth Programme and determined that the programme’s blueprint should address a number of important issues to achieve its main objectives, such as the restoration of the Igbo Apprenticeship system (Igba Boi), the return to hard work and integrity, the criminalisation of obscenities, especially the flaunting of money, and warped ideologies of wealth without work.
